What is Truly Unlimited Freedom in Free Speech?
Videographic prostitution (pornography) is about free speech, indeed: speech being a freedom most valuable when cogent arguments find capable people, but both are limited within cultures where smut is ubiquitous and an industry unto itself, so are we supposed to be okay with this? A culture deprived of elevational acculturation and improvement loses all value in any speech, slowly and steadily. What is freeing in speech unless something good and freeing is done with it? What is freedom outside of the ability to do good, except basic criminality and its degenerated foundations?
Freedom is the ability to recognise and do good, and we would be protecting no criminal’s freedom by allowing them to persist in evils, nor allowing them to spread their evil especially for profit.
People who say free speech must be ‘unlimited’ mean, whether they know it or not, speech should be slowly devalued over time with depravities and by profiteers seeking the deconstruction of our culture, pawning off the elements of social cohesion for quick gain.
Valuable speech is not something to be set “free” but rather only guaranteed and protected by valuable and strong culture.
Culture is the science of social improvement, not degradation.
