The Dawn of Magnanimity with Identity Under God

Dear seeker of wisdom, let us embark on a journey into the heart of virtue; a voyage that begins with that most originating of the moralising beacons: Magnanimity. This is not merely an abstract or theoretical concept to be pondered from a distance; rather, it is a living, breathing manifestation and reflection of divine love, resonating deeply and echoing powerfully through the innermost chambers of our souls.

This magnanimity as virtue embodies both humility and pride in a harmonious unity, as the authentic identity in genuine realisation of our true place and location under the Highest Good in God; a license and internal contract toward goodness. Since this virtue arises within the Honesty aspect of Reason during the moment of Awareness, it represents a profound self-honesty that naturally expresses itself in an effortless and graceful ease. Forgiveness then comes easily. This grace is a distinct feature, serving as a facsimile or earthly reflection of God’s divine Love, and it foretells the emergence and oncoming of a greater capacity for true Honour, Temperance, and Loyalty; a loyalty firmly rooted in all the shared virtues and values described above.

Is it any wonder that the first virtue should concern itself with forgiveness; both of others and ourselves? Of course this is a forgiveness with expectations of change. On the sewing machine of virtues, the sewn threads of cause and effect intertwine, forgiveness stands upon self-knowledge woven in honesty. What else does it mean that the virtuous path should commence here?
