‘Liberally’-minded folks, as propagandised these days, can’t get it through their skulls that they aren’t experts in childhood development and have very little understanding of what is harmful to children, especially in the long-run. Children should not be exposed to things that have nothing to do with them, ever. There will be plenty of time in their lives to be annoyed by degenerate things, they need space away from it simply to grow up in peace, and for it not to be normalised as though expected.

This isn’t about dishonesty in trying to shelter your child from ‘truths,’ it’s about understanding that children are supposed to play and be allowed to develop their brains before being bombarded by nonsense.
